Due to the factory land in Hwa-Ya Technology Park is saturated increasingly, Chroma jointed DynaPack Co. Ltd. and Heran Co. Ltd. to participate the A bidding of “Government public tender project for airport MRT station A7 industrial development region” held by Ministry of Interior and acquired it on January 17, 2012 for future expansion needs. The land area of A bidding is 22.23 hectares with the base price of 10 billion and 86.86 million NTD to sell in total 10 billion 88.88 million and 9,999 NTD which is 2 million 27 thousand and 499 higher.
Chroma was designated as the representative of the joint bidders and the holding ratio of each member is as follows:
- Chroma ATE Co. Ltd holding ratio: 35%
- DynaPack Co. Ltd. holding ratio: 30%
- Heran Co. Ltd. holding ratio: 35%
The development of this area will be focused on Eco industry, information industry, precision machinery industry, R&D and innovation, cloud technology and operational headquarters in the future. In 2020, it is estimated more than 2300 employment opportunities could be offered by these three companies and the annual output would increase up to 110 billion NTD.
